Vision Boards Reimagined with AI
Let's take vision boards, for instance. These creative collages serve as annual goal mini-parks. Some years back, I teamed up with inspiring women, magazines, and ambitious dreams at an event hosted by Second Act Women at the Clayton Club, in Cherry Creek, Colorado. It was an experience filled with aspiration and networking, but I often miss the in-person events.
This past year, I have embraced travel and become a digital nomad, so a virtual approach suited me better. Enter Viveka Von Rosen, who's been exploring the integration of AI tech in vision boarding within the Women's Reset Collective. After a transformative dream analysis session, Viveka invited Minette Riordan for an online vision boarding event using Canva. Canva is a digital design platform that includes a free version. They also offer premium versions for K-12 educational organizations and non-profits, which I respect. The premium version is worth every penny, regardless. Riordan's application of Feng Shui to envision 2025 was enlightening, blending creativity with AI efficiency. (Not pictured in the vision board featured. Contact Minette Riordan for more information on this approach).
Viveka’s sessions are a treasure trove of AI knowledge and practicality. Using her favorite AI tool, Magai—crafted by Dustin Stout, she's shown us how to create visual avatars using FluxLora. This rolling-out of tech-savvy streamlines many essential tools on a single platform, offering a systematic way to organize and save creative chats.

So why not explore using AI for habit formation and personal goal-setting?
Balancing work life with wellness routines has been a struggle for many—myself included. I’ve chosen to harness AI for sustainable, brain-health-focused wellness.
Here's what I've discovered:
Key Insights to Enhance Goal Achievement:
Personalization is Key: AI utilizes machine learning to scrutinize personal data, offering habit-forming strategies uniquely tailored to each person, and fostering engagement and success (Gardner, Rebar, & Lally, 2020).
Data-Driven Feedback: AI tools track your progress while giving instant feedback, letting you adapt habits in real time—a process that refines behaviors to align with your goals (Zhu et al., 2024).
Automating Reminders and Encouragement: Smart systems send reminders and motivational messages at just the right moments, reinforcing positive habits without overwhelming you—key in embedding new routines (Hagger, 2019).
Ready to let AI lead you to healthier habits and better goal achievement? Personalize your journey with AI, and watch as your ambitions align with your well-being.
