Life does not begin when we have time, so techniques of neurological habit formation are utilized to foster sustainable habits that stick.
To ensure a good fit, coaching is initiated with a complimentary 20-minute discovery session to explore client goals, challenges, and desires for a better lifestyle. (coaching packages in 25 or 50-minute sessions)
Group Coaching
Group coaching sessions provide an ideal container for teams to support each other in the implementation of brain optimization tools. The initial session is dedicated to understanding the dynamics of the group, clarification of roles and goals, and creation of a baseline for the group as a whole. Whether it is in a particular area of difficulty, such as sleep, or a desire to implement the entire FITBRAIN or PLANS program, the goal is to customize a path for success in order to leverage the power of the team. (45-minute sessions)
