PLANS Workshop Series
7 week live workshops on how to implement healthy habit formation by creating neurological feedback loops. Beginning with an overview, the following 5 weeks will be a deeper exploration into each component of creating healthy habits that stick.
Week 7 will be a review and planning and implementation session of the PLANS program. This can be held as an extension of the FITBRAIN program or stand alone as a way to implement any desired habit. An additional week can be added to provide a “Hotseat session”, where individuals can submit their own habit challenge to problem solve as a group, facilitated in a positive collaboration by Neeli.
